We are predominately Electrical Contractors and Engineers, but from this service offered to housing providers we found that these organisations called on us to carry out other works.

As a result we now have a multi-trade team that carry out responsive repairs quickly and efficiently. They are very polite and we pride ourselves on the very low rates of "no access" visits we experience.

We offer these services to Springboard, St Matthews Housing, Guinness trust and Tendering District Council. We have considerable experience in disabled conversions and we offer fast turnaround times on voids. We have a specialist electrical/gas testing team. We work on national Housing Federation (NHF) rates.

These multi-skilled services extend to the commercial/industrial sector and as well as working for various facilities Management Companies we work directly for Bank of America, BT and Channel Four.
